AtMoDat at the EGU Sharing Geoscience Online 2020

From 4. - 8. May 2020 the European Geosciences Union (EGU) Sharing Geoscience Online took place online. It replaced this year's EGU General Assembly in Vienna. All regular presentations, posters and pico presentations were converted into so-called displays. Presenters were asked to upload any kind of appropriate presentation material as display (presentation slides, videos, poster files, ...). Other participants were allowed to publicly comment on the contributions initializing a public discussion.

Vivien Voss (University of Hamburg) presented outcomes of simulations with the obstacle resolving model MITRAS. She evaluated how well air quality measurements at individual measurement stations represent the local air quality. The presented simulation output is planned to be published within the AtMoDat project as one highlight dataset following newly developed core criteria for improved reusability of data (online discussion and material collection, Download Display, Download Abstract).

Daniel Neumann (German Climate Computing Center) presented the current status of the AtMoDat project in general and highlighted the draft of the Data Maturity Indicator previously know as Quality Indicator (online discussion and material collection, Download Display, Download Abstract).
